Freelove Simmerman, Lapel, in a beautiful home wedding ceremony which took place Saturday evening at the home of the bride's parents. The double ring service was read by the Rev. W. A large bouquet of yellow gladioli was placed on the mantle and at either side was a two seven-branched lighted candelabra. In a beautiful formal wedding ceremony performed Saturday evening in the Harmony Christian church at Leisure, Miss Darle Lou Tranbarger, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Everett Tranbarger, route 3 Elwood, exchanged vows with Jay A. Simmons, son of Mr.

and Mrs. Orland Simmons, 2122 Main street. The Rev. Kermit Pugh, pastor, officiated at the double ring ceremony in the presence of a large gathering of relatives and friends. Wedding vows were exchanged beneath an archway adorned with bouquets of white gladioli, with a row of lighted blue tapers at the top and tied with bows of blue ribbon.
