In honor of this occasion, Williams will conduct a Bugs Bunny coloring contest for Orestes Elementary School students. According to Williams one set of Bugs Bunny stamps will be awarded to a winner from each grade. Longtime Orestes residents Nellie King, Freeda Norris, Mary Norris and Lois Stevens will judge the best drawings. The winners will receive their stamps the first day of Issuance.
